We have developed and implemented the Iraqi Voter Engagement Initiative (IVEI) to support democracy in Iraq and increase citizen participation in democratic processes. The IVEI is a three-part initiative to better equip and engage Iraqi voters, youth, and Parliamentary candidates in a new and innovative way.
